A good example of our ability to locate and assess strategic HR executives could be found in the work we performed for Jacquart Fabric Products, of Ironwood, MI. At the time of retaining our services, the company was utilizing the services of HR generalists to perform administrative functions. The goal was to locate a Director of HR capable of transforming the HR function into a strategically relevant function and “keeper of the culture” of the business. During the search, we assisted the owner in developing the criteria for the hire and contacted over 1,000 HR professionals in the Upper Midwest. We settled upon 8 finalist candidates and presented them to the owner/CEO. A resulting hire was made and the anticipated changes implemented over the course of the following two years.
