A good example of our ability to locate and assess General Managers could be found in the work performed for Carey Paul Honda, of Snellville, GA. At the time of retaining our services, the dealership was selling approximately 1500 units. The goal was to locate a GM capable of transforming the dealership into a high performing retail store. During the search, we contacted multiple GM’s throughout the southeast and assessed for skills, culture and values. We settled upon 4 finalist candidates and presented them to the dealer principal. The resulting hire implemented key processes and retained over 95% of the existing team. Within 2 years, the dealership was selling close to 4,000 units.
