A good example of our ability to locate operations executives can be found in an engagement conducted for the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA). Located in Columbus, OH, COTA is one of the top transit authorities in the country.

When retained by the organization, COTA needed to locate a progressive, Vice President of Operations, capable of leading the bus operations, vehicle maintenance, security services, mobility services, and quality assurance systems of the organization. Over the course of 90 days, we contacted 100 of the nation’s top transit authorities and located a diverse group of qualified candidates. A resulting hire occurred and the candidate made significant contributions to the organization.
