We began searching for several key leadership positions in March, including the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Director of Logistics and Material Planning. We began this process through the traditional method of networking with past contacts and advertising in the classifieds and on the Internet. The latter two methods generated a lot of leads and a very high number of calls from “headhunters” who wanted us to look over one of their candidate’s qualifications. After several months of an adhoc effort, we had no viable candidates and no clear path to success.

We engaged your firm in June and have filled one of the positions and have several qualified candidates presented for the other. The big difference in working with your company is the structured approach to defining the position and the associated responsibilities and accountabilities. This was a critical dialog which helped me articulate what I was looking for and set the expectations not only for ARI but also for others at PROFormance on the interviewing team.
